We do learn from our mistakes. We also do our very best not to make our customers pay for our mistakes. Yes, there are things we wish we could do over if we had the chance. This is all part of stretching ourselves to be the best that we can be. We are always prepared to tell our staff and our customers why things are the way they are at Inland Restaurant's Wendy's. People don't always like the answer, but at least they will know where we are coming from. If we really believe we've made a mistake, we'll admit it and we'll do our best to make it right. |
