Over the years, Inland Restaurants has strived to identify the values and philosophies which make our company and our people successful. A poster of our complete philosophies hangs in the staff area of every restaurant. If any staff person is faced with a decision and management guidance is not available, if they make their choice based on these philosophies, they can't go wrong. The 10 philosophies shared here are in no particular order and represent about 25% of our total philosophies.
