Our Seven Employment Promises are:
- Interview & Selection Promise. You will receive an objective interview from managers who are interested in your skills, knowledge and career aspirations. All aspects of the employment process will be handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Orientation Promise. Whether you are new to a position or the company, you'll receive a complete orientation with essential information about the position and the company. Much of the training will be "on the job", performing functions along side experienced staff. Employee safety is a top priority with Inland Restaurants and Wendy's.
- Training & Development Promise. You will participate in training programs that provide the continuous learning and knowledge necessary to be successful on the job. You'll receive constructive feedback and be provided with the opportunity for ongoing development.
- Compensation & Benefits Promise. You will be fairly compensated and receive pay and benefits that are competitive in the marketplace. You'll receive regular performance appraisals and pay increases based on performance.
- Professional Image/Career Apparel Promise. You will be provided with a uniform and made aware of dress standards in order to maintain an appearance that is representative of the company's high standards. Where required apparel is provided, you'll receive an adequate supply. Staff will be required to provide their own personal clothing such as shoes, socks and belts.
- Scheduling Promise. You will have an opportunity to say when you are available for work. Our management team will do everything possible to balance the needs of employees and the needs of our customers. Schedules will be posted in advance so staff may plan accordingly.
- Treatment & Communications Promise. You will be treated with respect, and recognized for your accomplishments, and provided with a work environment that is safe, secure and professionally managed. You'll have access to training information needed to successfully perform your role.
