Wendy’s Restaurants has been a proud sponsor of youth soccer since 1989. During this time we have had several players (and parents of players) work for Wendy’s. Recently, a couple of coaches have asked about jobs for their players. So, in an effort to communicate to all that are interested, the following should help clarify working for Wendy’s. 

• Job interviews are scheduled every Sunday morning from 9:AM to 10:00 A.M.
• A manager is scheduled at that time to interview each applicant.
• Wendy’s likes to hire people with an athletic background because they work well in a team environment.
• Because of this, we have a “flexible schedule” program, which allows employees after they are fully trained, to have a say in their own work schedule. This allows youth soccer players to have a job and play soccer.
• If you are a Wendy’s employee, you receive 50% off your meal price regardless if you work that day or not.
• Wendy’s staff have a monthly “profit sharing” program.
• Wendy’s hires people from the age 14 and up.
• If the restaurant industry interests you as a career, Wendy’s almost always hires from within.
• We have a benefits program for all full-time employees
