• So, this may be your first job. The good news at Wendy’s is that you will make a competitive wage. Wendy’s does NOT choose to use the Government of BC training wage of $6. per hour.
• There is a guaranteed, easy way for you to increase your wage as soon as you are ready.
• You can score a $1 per hour premium if you choose to work a closing shift.
• There are extra ways to make extra coin like submitting the top suggestion for the month ($100) or profit sharing when you & your restaurant qualify ($50 or $100).
• Hey, don’t forget the value of all the food you’ll eat since you pay just half price.

Work with friends; meet new ones!

• It's great to work with people you know. Many staff members say this is one of the most rewarding things about working at Wendy's.
• We will even provided cold, hard cash rewards when you refer friends to work at Wendy's. (yes, some conditions apply)
• Many restaurants have an average of 50 staff, so you will be bound to meet some new friends too!

Have a say about when you work!

• Yup, it’s true. Staff are invited to submit their schedule requests in advance.
• We do our best to accommodate your requests.
• We post schedules on a regular basis in advance so you can plan your fun stuff around your shifts.

Don’t forget the food.

• Your food is half price any time!
• Some restaurants limit their staff menus, or when staff can use their discount (only a short time before or after your shifts). We don’t.
• So, if it’s the baconator you want or a small Frosty, the price is always half off for you!

(In the past, one employee used to eat as much in discounts as his income.)
